There are a number of ways that you can support trooppackage.com, and without your support this program would not be possible. It is people across the nation supporting the troops, and trying to make a difference that makes all this possible.

There are three ways that you can support us. The first way you can support us is by offering a donation. Your money helps us keep this website up and running, as well as support the cuase. You can offer items for care packages, these items may be used for soldiers that have a guardian that is unable to fulfill their "pick up" or soldiers request. They also may be used for soldiers that request "anything". You can also become a volunteer of trooppackage.com, and there are many exciting oppurtinities avaivable now. Volunteer Ben Stackle was given the Voluenteer Of The Year Award Tuesday July 5, 2011 for his outstanding performance this past year supporting our troops. Through out the year Ben was able to help push out 800 care packages to troops deployed to Iraq and Afganistan. He individually purchased many items himself to send to the troops on top of volunteering with trooppackage.com in mailing out boxes. His support changed the lives of the 225th Inf. Division currently deployed in Afganistan. Supporting soldiers on smaller patrol bases without much supplies with flash lights and batteries.

If you are a troop currently deployed to Iraq, we are giving away free calling cards for the month of August, 2011. We are working toward being able to do the same for the troops deployed to Afganistan within a few months. Each soldier can request one calling card, each with 20 minutes of free talking time. We know that calling home is important, and thanks to our volunteers donations, we are happy to help you make those calls. If you are interested in requesting a calling card,CLICK HERE

Married soldiers often face hard times during deployments, and familys spend a large amount of time away from one another. Thanks to our volunteers we are doing our best to help ease that pain. We currently are working with volunteers in the city of the spouses of deplyed soldiers to help councel them while their spouse is away. These volunteers have also had a spouse deployed at one point and time or another, and can help with the transition of living on your own. They also provide support to the deployed spouse through e-mail.
